State Director/State Recruiter

UUM State Directors: No experience needed. No upfront Directorship Fees. To become a director, you must be over the age of 20 and be an upstanding member of your community. You must conduct a fair pageant. Winners of UUM state pageants will advance to the International Pageant.

UUM State Recruiters: Commission based pay. Must enjoy talking with people. You will recruit potential contestants and send their information to UUM office. You will receive commission for each contestant you recruit when the complete registration and pay their entry fee.
